The most gorgeous food EVER. So fresh, light and absolutely delish. We’ve found our new fave spot. We got the Pho Remix and the Duck Noodles. ( squid and crab for starters) and I could NOT recommend it more. (Especially the squid, my mouth is watering ) so yes enjoy you’re welcome xx
Came here for dinner (mid day meal). Great dinner specials menu. I had the Veganese burger with chips. It was delicious. Served with a pot of delicious Thai Nguyen tea. Only 11.
Very busy, but for a good reason, great food, with lots of options to cover every taste, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the prices are very reasonable. I chose the crispy duck com as my main, after being advised by a member of staff that it was her favourite dish, I wasn’t disappointed, excellent taste, nice crispy finish to the duck, and way more than I could manage to finish. Well worth a visit, certainly glad I did !
Came here at 6pm on a Wednesday and had no problem walking in and getting a table. The staff were lovely and the food was amazing and full of so much flavour! I’d highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
Been to viet shack a couple of times, delicious food and a wide variety of options on the menu ranging from pho to loaded fries. This time I had the crispy duck with vermicelli noodles and the oolong iced tea to drinks. Our waitress was lovely too. FYI fellow NHs staff they have 20% NHS discount.
This was our 2nd visit to the Viet Shack - it is such a great place to eat. If you are visiting Ancoats in Manchester and need food, then you must eat here. The menu includes many vegan options - all of which are gorgeous. The staff are friendly and helpful. A feature of the place is that you can't make a reservation. You can leave a mobile number and they will call you if there is a table free at the time you would like. Certainly visit if you are in the area and want to eat gorgeous food.
Visited on a Tuesday lunchtime. My first time trying Vietnamese food,it was absolutely fantastic! The lunch menu is fantastic value, service was fantastic. I definitely recommend and will be visiting again
A lovely place serving authentic Vietnamese food at a great price, the flavours are great, and each dish is carefully made. The staff are very helpful and patient and were able to help recommend dishes also. The service was speedy, and all dishes were served well. The only downside was that some dishes had cooled by the time they reached the table, which was slightly disappointing. I would highly recommend the 3 plates for a set price as you can try multiple dishes, and if you're with someone to a group, they're great for sharing. I would and will definitely be going again, and as they also do delivery, I will make the most of that too!
